Platform Features Overview

Booga Enterprise is a modular platform. Your tenant administrator enables the features (called plugins) that match your organization's needs, so the exact set of tools you see may vary. This guide introduces every major plugin so you know what is available and where to find it.

How Plugins Work

Each plugin appears as a link in the sidebar. Clicking it opens a dedicated full-page interface at /dashboard/{plugin}. Some plugins also contribute tabs to the main dashboard view for at-a-glance summaries.

Your available plugins depend on:

  • The product your organization subscribes to
  • The permissions assigned to your role
  • Whether infrastructure stacks have been provisioned

Core Plugins

Chat

AI-powered conversational interface. Ask questions in natural language and receive answers enriched with your organization's knowledge base, web search results, and uploaded files. Features include:

  • Persistent chat sessions with history
  • Configurable AI personas
  • Knowledge search with cited sources
  • File attachment and analysis
  • Web search integration

Files

Secure file storage and document management. Upload documents, organize them into folders, preview content in the browser, and share files with colleagues. Files can be indexed for knowledge search so the AI can reference them in chat.

Knowledge

A semantic search engine across your organization's indexed content. Browse the knowledge library, search by meaning (not just keywords), and explore categorized knowledge paths. Knowledge powers the AI's ability to cite real documents in conversations.

Agents

Configure and run AI agent workflows that automate multi-step tasks. Agents chain together actions — calling APIs, processing data, making decisions — and can be triggered manually or on a schedule. Features include:

  • Visual workflow builder
  • Pre-built enterprise templates
  • Execution history and logs
  • Parallel node execution

Organizations

Create and manage organizational units within your tenant. Assign users to organizations and scope resources (files, knowledge, chat sessions) so that each team sees only the data relevant to them.

Analytics

Dashboards and visualizations for platform usage, performance trends, and AI interaction metrics. Drill into charts, filter by date range, and explore anomaly detection that surfaces unusual patterns.

Reports

Generate, schedule, and export reports. Choose from templates or build custom reports, then distribute them as PDF or CSV. Scheduled reports run automatically and can be emailed to stakeholders.

Integrations

Connect Booga Enterprise to external systems. Configure OAuth-based connectors for cloud storage providers (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box), sync data bidirectionally, and manage integration credentials.

Scheduler

Automate recurring tasks. Create schedules for agent workflows, report generation, data sync jobs, and more. View execution history and manage active schedules from a central calendar.

Specialized Features

Bots

Deploy AI-powered bots that can be embedded on external websites or internal portals. Configure a bot's personality, knowledge sources, and appearance, then grab an embed code to publish it.

Workflows

A visual builder for complex automation sequences. Design multi-step workflows with branching logic, connect them to triggers and data sources, and monitor active runs.

Monitoring

Real-time operational visibility. Track user activity, view system health metrics, and configure alert rules that notify you when thresholds are exceeded.

Governance

Audit logs, compliance reports, and policy management. Review who did what and when, generate compliance documentation, and define governance policies that enforce organizational rules.

Intelligence

A personal AI memory layer that captures insights from your interactions and recalls them when relevant. Intelligence works in the background to surface previously learned context during conversations.

Dashboard Tabs

The main dashboard (accessed by clicking Dashboard in the sidebar) shows a tabbed interface. Tabs are configured per product and may include:

You can reorder tabs by dragging, close optional tabs, and restore the default layout from the tab bar.

Finding Your Way

  • Sidebar — your main navigation; lists Dashboard plus all enabled plugins
  • Help button (?) — contextual help for whichever page you are on
  • Guided tours — step-by-step walkthroughs for complex features
  • Search — find any help topic from the help panel's search bar

Tip: If a plugin does not appear in your sidebar, ask your tenant administrator whether it is enabled for your product and role.
