Plans and Pricing
This page lists published Booga plans: what they cost, who they are for, and which capabilities they include. Figures are list prices in US dollars. Your invoice may also include metered overages on paid plans.

Note: Allowances below are the public plan entitlements. Exact remaining usage always shows in the product. Paid plans may bill extra units when you exceed an included meter (for example premium OCR pages).
Booga One (individuals)
One account is one user. No seat minimum.

Free is meant for evaluation and light production use. When a Free cap is hit, that feature waits until the next monthly reset. Pro is the self-serve step up for people who live in the workspace.
Booga Agents (organizations)
Per-seat licensing. You purchase at least the plan minimum. Yearly prices equal two months free.

Both corporate plans include the digital team, document drafting, financial and legal data access, and admin settings for chat, personas, and files.
Enterprise agreements
SSO, SCIM, customer-managed keys, private networking, custom domains, contractual SLA, and a dedicated success manager are not on Team or Business checkout. Contact Booga for an Enterprise agreement if your security or procurement process requires them.
How billing works
- Booga One Free — $0, not metered for overage. Caps are hard stops until reset.
- Booga One Pro and Agents plans — subscription plus optional usage meters (AI usage, search, OCR, and similar). Admins see this on the subscription card and in Stripe.
- Annual — same plan, prepaid for the year at the yearly list price (two months free versus 12 × monthly).
- Seats (Agents) — you pay for purchased seats, at least the minimum. Assign seats to users in the admin portal. You cannot exceed the plan’s maximum users.
Currency on the public list is USD. Checkout may offer other currencies when they are configured for your tenant.
What we do not publish here
Internal cost models, cloud SKUs, and per-token accounting are not part of the public catalog. If a bot or help article needs a number, use this page (or the generated plan catalog synced from the live product list) rather than engineering notes.
