Booga Agents
Booga Agents is the enterprise product: AI automation and analytics for organizations. Tagline: Autonomous workflows. Enterprise control. Built for scale.
You get the same core workspace as Booga One, plus a dedicated data plane, seat-based licensing, organizations, integrations, APIs, monitoring, and governance. Corporate workspaces also receive a pre-staffed digital team you activate when the knowledge and connectors are ready.
Who it is for
- Teams that share knowledge, files, and agents under admin control
- Firms that need audit trails, compliance reporting, and policy
- Operations that connect Booga to cloud storage, email, or CRM
- Workloads that should not sit on a personal Free/Pro account
Agents tenants are corporate. Plans are per seat, with a minimum seat count so onboarding and support match the contract.
How the plans are positioned
Three stories, not three slightly different price points:
| Plan | Headline | Price (USD) | Seats |
|---|---|---|---|
| Team | Dedicated data (your storage and knowledge index) on shared compute | $149 / seat / month, or $1,490 / seat / year | Minimum 10, up to 50 users |
| Business | Dedicated compute as well — workers sized for heavy automation and extraction | $249 / seat / month, or $2,490 / seat / year | Minimum 25, up to 100 users |
| Enterprise | Identity, security, and contractual operations (SSO, private networking, SLA, CSM) | Quoted with sales | Available on request |
Annual prices are two months free compared with paying monthly.
Team is still “dedicated infrastructure”: your files and vector index are yours. Only compute is shared. Business is the step for dedicated workers, more regions, premium support, and higher scale. Enterprise is for procurement and security reviews that require SSO, SCIM, customer-managed keys, private networking, and a contractual SLA.
Included allowances and a capability table: Plans and pricing.
What you can do
Everything in the shared platform, plus enterprise surfaces:
| Area | What you use it for |
|---|---|
| Agents | Default landing: active automations and pending approvals |
| Team | Activate default roles, set autonomy, and see readiness |
| Assistant | Chat, Smart Actions, and agent hand-off |
| Search | Knowledge search across tenant collections |
| Bots | More embeddable bots (10 on Team, 25 on Business) |
| Monitoring | Activity feed and alerts (admin) |
| Governance | Audit trail, compliance reports, policies (admin) |
| Settings | Chat, personas, files pipeline, vector infrastructure, and the switch that replaces client names before text is sent to a language model (as entitled) |
| US Stocks / Research | Same market research tools as One, in the organizational workspace |
Sidebar plugins add Files (including synced folders and mailboxes), Customers, Drafting, Knowledge, Organizations, Integrations, API management, Reports, Scheduler, and more — subject to plan and role.
Default digital team
Agents workspaces can seed four durable roles (not a catalogue of dozens of named bots):
- Researcher — cited evidence from your knowledge
- Drafter — drafts from approved Document Drafting templates, with human approval
- Monitor & Briefing — scheduled briefings, reports, and alerts
- Knowledge Steward — corpus health: coverage, freshness, extraction gaps, duplicates
Agents are roles. Workflows are the jobs those roles run. Plugins are their tools. Activate roles from the Team tab when readiness says you are ready. See Your Booga Team.
Team vs Business (what changes)
Both plans include organizations, APIs, integrations, audit, compliance monitoring, CRM sync, sales pipeline, customer lifecycle, document drafting, and the digital team.
Team is the entry enterprise tier:
- Dedicated storage and knowledge index
- Work runs on the shared platform compute pool
- Basic support
- Modest bot, customer, and usage ceilings relative to Business
Business adds:
- Dedicated workers for agent execution and heavy file extraction
- More regions to place your stack
- Premium support
- Higher seats, bots, customers, storage, and monthly usage
- Layout-preserving premium OCR at a higher included volume
If you process large document estates or need isolation for long-running agents, Business is the usual step up.
Enterprise agreements
If your security review requires SSO, SCIM, customer-managed encryption keys, private networking, custom domains, or a contractual uptime SLA, ask about an Enterprise agreement. That tier is not listed as a self-serve checkout plan. A dedicated customer success manager is part of that package.
