Booga Products

Booga offers two products on the same platform. Booga One is for individuals. Booga Agents is for organizations that need dedicated infrastructure, team administration, and governance.

Both products include the core workspace: AI chat, agents, knowledge, files, document drafting, customers, reports, and (where enabled) US stock research. The difference is who it is for, how it is deployed, and how it is governed.

Booga One

Booga One is an AI automation and analytics workspace for one person. The tagline is: Build, test, and scale — from your first agent to advanced workflows.

Use it to chat with your documents, run agents, draft from templates, keep a client list, and research US stocks. It is the fastest way to learn the platform.

It does not include multi-user organizations, third-party integrations, or API management. Those stay on Booga Agents so enterprise controls stay crisp.

Booga Agents

Booga Agents is the enterprise product: Autonomous workflows. Enterprise control. Built for scale.

Your tenant gets its own data plane (files and knowledge index). Corporate workspaces arrive with a pre-staffed digital team — Researcher, Drafter, Monitor, and Knowledge Steward — that you activate when you are ready. Admins get monitoring, audit, compliance, integrations, and APIs.

Team isolates your data on shared compute. Business adds dedicated workers and operational scale. Larger identity, security, and SLA needs are handled as an Enterprise agreement.

What both products include

These capabilities are part of the platform. Your plan still sets quotas and some toggles.

  • Assistant and Chat — conversations with knowledge search, web search, and file analysis
  • Agents — workflows, templates, and execution history
  • Knowledge — ingest documents and search them by meaning
  • Files — upload, organize, preview, and (on Agents) sync cloud folders and mailboxes
  • Document Drafting — clause library, templates, and DOCX assembly
  • Customers — client records with files, mail, and AI summaries
  • Reports and analytics — generate and review output; advanced scheduling is plan-dependent
  • Bots — embeddable assistants for websites (plan caps how many)
  • US stocks — company financials, filings, news, earnings copilot, and valuation tools

What only Booga Agents adds

  • Seats and organizations — license a team, group people, and scope data
  • Team tab — activate the default digital team and manage autonomy
  • Integrations — cloud storage, Outlook, Salesforce, HubSpot, and connectors
  • API management and webhooks — integrate Booga into your systems
  • Monitoring and governance — activity, alerts, audit trail, compliance reports, policies
  • CRM sync, sales pipeline, and lifecycle boards — operational CRM-style work on customer records
  • Dedicated infrastructure — your own storage and vector index; Business adds dedicated workers

How to choose

  • Choose Booga One if you are one person, want to start immediately, and do not need SSO, org admin, or dedicated tenant infrastructure.
  • Choose Booga Agents if several people will share knowledge, you need admin and audit, or you require data isolation.

You cannot mix the two products on the same individual Free/Pro account. Corporate tenants subscribe to Agents plans. If you outgrow One, move to an Agents tenant rather than stretching One into a team tool.

Plans and pricing

List prices, included allowances, and a feature comparison live in Plans and pricing. Annual billing is priced as two months free versus paying month to month.

Paid plans can meter usage above the included allowance (for example extra OCR pages). Free does not offer overage — when a monthly cap is reached, that capability waits until the next cycle.
